In TS Fundiciones we select and monitor control the quality of our raw materials in order to ensure pieces with high mechanical performance according to the demanding requirements of the wind power market.

• We use a significant portion of the high purity ingot, originating from the mining of titanium dioxide, and with very low levels of manganese, phosphorus and other unwanted elements.
• Another part of the load is selected from scrap metal originating from the production line and stamping, also with very low level of manganese and unwanted elements.
• We also provide special attention to the selection of iron alloys and the specific additives for heavy parts.

Only with high quality raw materials it is possible to obtain products with a perfect finish, and the first step in achieving same is a careful selection.
