TS Fundiciones is currently closely collaborates with the mayor wind power turbines manufacturers worldwide, 7 of those manufacturers are among the 10 largest manufacturers in the wind power sector. Our customers produce 89% of the world’s wind turbines. (See pie chart).

With facilities of an area of approximately 30,000m2 and a manufacturing capacity of over 35,000 tonnes/per year, we manufacture 10% of the tonnes of castings for the wind energy sector in the world, being the first manufacturer nationally and one of the best positioned in the world (third manufacturer).

Our manufacturing capacity includes a wide range of parts designed for wind turbines that range from 850 kW up to 4500 kW of power. We manufacture components for windturbines and gearboxes such as hubs, shafts, frames, blade adapters, bearing houses, planet carriers, covers etc.

In the context of a highly competitive and globalised market, product quality and manufacturing processes of TS Fundiciones have been guaranteed since 1998 by TÜV Rheinland under the DIN EN ISO 9001.
